Miss Ann at Freinds had been spoken of in the 'Ball Shavings' discussions, I finally visited and here is my FR.
The place certainly seems to be set up as a tourist place, offering genuine massage and cuts.

Meatywsg, thanks for the report on Ann at Friends. I had a great balls shave from Pim at Nana back in June but unfortunately she has fallen ill as shared on another thread.
I will be back in BKK in a couple of weeks so I will try Ann. I like the shave and Pim did it well. Given the sensitivity its nice to know of another lady who can do a top notch, professional job. Its good to know that Ann fits the bill.
Did she give you a price without the HJ? I may pass on that to save power for TGs later. I'm on a short visit so I need to conserve power for the best situations.

I visited Friends and Miss Ann today for a shave and I can confirm everything in Meatywsg's report.
Ann is not very attractive and probably around 40. But she is very pleasant and speaks good English. She is very professional. She even brought a stand-up lamp to the room so she could carefully review her handiwork and do a good job. She did a very thorough job of shaving balls and crack.
Her HJ at the end was one of the best HJ's I've ever had. She is obviously very experienced at manual stimulation.
It all took a little over an hour and I paid 1,000 Baht. She quoted 500 Baht before the HJ.
A very good experience, she did a great job and I'll be back for the same service in the future.

I put this in my TR but I'll post again on Friends thread.
With Pim being poorly (any update on Pims health?) I booked in with Ann at Friends, this was fine because I was staying at CL19 so only a couple of doors away.
As other BMs have stated Ann is not a glamorous young lady but that did not matter to me because I was only having a massage and shave.

I would call in advance and ask for an appointment with Ann. I showed up one evening and she wasn't there. I went back next morning and she was there. If you talk to her on the phone when you make an appointment I would tell her what you want. Otherwise tell her when you meet her. She will know immediately if you say 'shave down here' and point and there is no problem. She's very professional and very good.
