This isnt about being afraid, worried, or not standing behind about anything I write.
the fact is, it isnt written for the eyes of the girls, just the members here.
I'm outraged that a member here would show the contents here to be a big shot to the girls.
i dont care how nice and sweet they are (I'm a weekly visitor there, so know just how pleasant the girls are) but I dont feel the need ever say anymore than telling a girl she is very popular (which the popular ones know already by the fact that they have so many bookings versus the other girls).
that some girls/owners have access to this or other forums is immaterial to the fact that a member's showing the contents to girls is wrong.
If you are on any of the pattaya forums Froggy, try saying you show them and see what the response is.
i can tell you, you would be banned immediately.
I notice you edited your post to remove the part about the girls recognizing who certain posters were, so i'm glad I quoted it.
you said that from your translations of some posts, the girls knew who certain people were.
that is outing them to the girls, as they now put a face to that. that is not your right to do that.
wanting to put a smile on the girls faces doesnt give you that right.
you want to put a smile on her face, give her a 1000B tip.
if you wanted to assure them the other customers were satisfied you just could have told them that fact without showing the details of this site.

Poskat, I find your overreaction rather odd. If you are writing stuff here that you wouldn't want the girls to read, perhaps you need to rethink what you are writing. And doing.
I would not have a problem with any of them reading anything I have written. And if they recognize me, so be it, no big deal. As far as I am concerned, they are welcome here too.
Unless BK corrects me, I am not aware that Madfrog broke any rules by showing the comments to the girls. It is not like he give them any additional information that would help them to "out" a member. If somebody outs themselves by the details they include in their post, well, that's the risk they take. This is, after all, the internet, and not a private conversation.

when I said the girls thought they could recognise some customers, it was something like :
Me translating something, then the girls going "ah, I think this is Khun XX !" and then laught adding he is a nice guy.
It was rather interesting that I did not find any negative comment on those two, look like all their customers also think those two are nice girls who deserve to be well treated.
And that they were not interested in what whas written on other girls (seem like at least those two do not gossip...)

I do know what an official secrets act is, and I know I didn't sign one when I joined this forum.

I guess you and I have a different view of "outing". The girl KNOWS that I've seen her. To me, "outing" is identifying one to the general populace by name. And that I do care about as I understand adverse behavior.
Of course, I am in a MINORITY: elsewhere, if I see a photo of a girl I know, I'll give her a head's up. If she's OK with it, fine, but if not, now she knows.

this seems to be one of the few boards of this nature that doesnt have a no BG rule.
from pattaya talk rules:

One could have that rule, but catching the culprit would be really difficult as there are ways to get around it. For example, anyone could find an interesting post about that girl, copy that text and email it to her. She wouldn't really know his handle on the forum and if she told another member about this, he wouldn't know who he is, so tracking down that culprit would be an exercise in futility.
Also, the board sign-up is free, so anyone who wants to know what is going on can just register for an account. Even the girls. What's to stop them from signing up and reading the posts here? So, at the end of the day, is there a point to this rule, when it can be so easily circumvented? However, if there is a foolproof way to identifying the culprit, then I'll implement the rule.
I know of a few massage parlors (whose owners are female) that have access to this board, some who just lurk and read the posts of the various members. They are using it to access the quality of service and if they find consistent complaints regarding their establishment they then can decide to rectify the problem or not.
I have always encouraged members to use fictitious names whenever they are describing their activities in graphic detail. And most members have been discreet enough to only share the real names via PMs. If you are going to recommend a provider by name, then please leave out the details.
As you know, this board does not support uploading of photos. It is for the reason mentioned in Pattaya Talk and other reasons that I have decided not to allow the image feature.

yes, I've also noticed that the Pattaya boards have rules against showing the board to BGs or discussing with them that their photos or stories are posted.
I only talk about it with the ones who already knew full well the pix would be posted, like the bar crawls to Banchang from Pattaya.
They seem to enjoy the attention it brings them.
