Went there for a quick bite, have been there a few times before and had good meals, ordered a simple enough meal (2 waters, pineapple juice, fried rice, & pork omelette).
The waitress forgot the pineapple juice entirely, 1 water had a insect floating in it, the replacement water had a bottle cap at the bottom, service was very slow, food came out in the wrong sequence and no apologies were made. I called the mgr over, he told me next time it would be better, when I told him there would be no next time, he replied with "I don't care". I recommended to him that he should offer a discount for the crappy service and he threatened to call the police if I didn't pay. I paid and left.
I choose to boycott this place, not worth it and no appreciation is shown to their return customers.

Maybe this was my ONE incident. Sure, if you can to post to mgt maybe the next incident can be avoided. The waitress name was Pom, the rude "mgr" was Lucky, and the real mgr who was not present was named Chalam.
