\Still trying to find a coffee shop with good breakfasts open as early as 6 am............... looks like no such place in BKK with quality breakfasts that early. Even a Dennys would do, open early with coffee refills and a table to spread out the daily newspaper. Tired of 5 star hotel prices and longing for a true coffee shop.
Thanks for the reminder about existing threads but since the info I was looking for was not there I tried a post looking for what I was interested in. That is a function of this site...correct RTB?

Breakfast at 6am means you wake at 5.30am?
Wow!
Most tourists just party on the night before (actually the early morning) till 3am or 4am. And drink alcohol. And have sex.
How to wake up at 5.30am?
Please try Dynasty Inn along Soi 4.
I liked to eat breakfast on the outside verandah and watch the locals walk by.
But have not tried if they serve at 6am.

O'Brien's breakfasts are good.
I don't like the sausage they serve but they let me get two bacon no sausage.
Jools serves what I guess is an English style breakfast,
it is different from what American restaurants serve.
I didn't care to sample it twice.

Thanks for the responses. Sometimes rising at about 6 but also sometimes heading home about then also. The joints listed serve at that hour but the quality is pretty substandard, why do eggs and bacon taste like s... in Thailand and sausages.forget it. Need to try Grottinno...

8 different breakfast in one morning? I would take the bet only if you promise U are not that skinny Japanese kid who ate over 52 Nathan hotdogs in under 12 minutes and set a worlds record this past summer in NY.
