Stay tuned... as I posted recently in the 33 topic area, ownership has changed and some new guys are involved. The "concept" will be similar, but they have (wisely) decided to add walls so the restaurant area can be air conditioned. The place is therefore a mess in front, but the bar/poor area in back is still open (no girls). Rennovation should be finished by early Jan. I suspect the pool party is extinct.
The Thai restaurant seems to be working... Thong Ton or something close to that.... busy in the evenings and serves decent Thai food. It's outside and too crowded for my taste, but prices are reasonable.

When we were there on Tuesday, DrLove was talking to the guys who were doing the renovation. They said it would be:
- smaller in scale
- new menu
- salad Bar (larger than Sizzler's)
- VIP room
It did not look like they were making any changes to the back bar/swimming pool area.

The guy I spoke to said rooms were being built on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. He also said the back bar will be a hostess bar, but it will be a little more discreet since it's close to the restaurant.

The place is open again, but was renamed to Livingstone's. Obviously a new owner / new management. The area of the restaurant and around the pool was completely renovated - a very nice place now. Still looks african. At the entry of the area is a small beer garden.
The restaurant is a steak house with some african specialities. We had steaks last week, and the food was great.
The bar is open and quite busy, I saw at least 10 - 15 girls there. There was a huge pool party last friday, lots of people, girls wearing bikinis - good fun.
