For a pub and at this price-level I would at least expect a 2 star dining experience. And it is not. I've visited pubs that can make decent food, Robin Hood near Soi33 is one.
There are lot of threads glorifying good places to eat, and that's great - valuable information. But there should also be room for threads about places NOT TO EAT...
I wil most likely visit GT again, but not for their food.

Well I ate at Gullivers on several occassions trying different meals, and was not disappointed at all. I found the food to be of quite good quality, and at a reasonable price.

With the footy season kicking off again now, its a great place to go on a saturday night to watch the game (s), for some cheap beers and some decent food before heading off to q bar/bedsupperclub.

Food is okay. Nothing fancy. It always tastes better when you are real hungry. Freelancers are there everyday of the week. Best time is end of the month, "rent time!"

Their khao phad kai is always a good bet. The bratwurst sausages aren't too bad either, but the mashed 'taters served with 'em are always too dry for my palate.

I am picky when it comes to what food goes down my throat. So I recommend the fish fillets in beer batter at Gullivers.
The batter is OK, not perfect, and you receive 2 pieces of fish, generous chips, bread roll and small salad. For 190b it is not a bad feed.
