Sunbelt, Good Job. I am one of the complainers about lack of a good sandwich in Thailand. I love Thai food, but nothing beats a good sandwich for lunch. You cannot even make one yourself here, the problem is the bad bread. It seems to fall apart easily.

Gotta agree about the club sandwiches. Three favorites: Nana room service, Grand President room service, Took lae Dee (in Foodland, Soi 5). Any of them will satisfy my taste for farang food in Thailand...
