In a vain attempt to bring this thread back on topic...
As Dr. Alban pointed out (Hello Africa! sorry for the obscure early pop rap reggae reference), Diulios may indeed run the pizza counter at the Central Chidlom Food Court.
But you get a better deal by going to Diulios on soi 49, and frankly, I prefer dining in a restaurant with waiters and a bit of Italian ambience as opposed to a food court. I agree that the Central Chidlom food court is a zillion times as nice as, say, the one in Carrefour or Lotus, but anyway. A real restaurant is a real restaurant.

You may be right about the real Diulios, but it was too far down Soi 49 for me.
Besides where else can one get a slice of pizza, Vietnamese spring rolls, and Tandoori chicken all in the same place.

Yes the food court does offer a good chance to sample a variety of foods, different cuisines, all at a reasonable price. My tandoori chicken wasn't that good though, I don't think I'll have Indian food again there. But the ice-cream was yummy (no, not from the Indian counter).
And of course one thing the CCFC has going for it over Diulios is more (and more attractive) clientele. Mmmm.
