Anyone been to this place....
Cant seem to find out much about it on the internet. 'Bangkok Bar' is hardly the most 'google' friendly search.

(so that you can't accuse moi of being one of the members who don't answer your questions on the forum...)
I don't know of a 'Bangkok Bar' on Ekamai, but there is one with this name on Soi Rambuttri, at the other end of town near Khao San Rd.
It's a trendy, middle class kind of place, mostly younger Thais with some foreigners like the tourist-backpacker crowd..it's near Khao San after all. Plays hip-hot and mainstream 'top 40s' dance/pop music.

I stopped by several months ago -- I found it to be a pleasantly low-key hi-so place, but it may have been a slow evening. I've read that it's since moved down the soi to a larger place. According to the Post, "No word on when the opening party will happen, but judging from the place's popularity, everynight's an epic bash." So much for low-key pleasantness!
