hi...
for all i know, dried croc meat is usually used for making chinese herbal soup!! its is know to cure asthma.
only the fresh ones are used for cooking, stirred fried with dried chillis!!

I took a piece and tested it .
TASTES SAME THAT THE DRIED FISH SMELLS !
Took couple of beers to rinse the taste out , next I try soup...
