I am from Bangkok so the prices here in Phuket for ST and LT seems quite reasonable. I always hear how the prices here is so high, however my experiences has been that it is lower than Bangkok for equivalent quality of girls. I NEVER was refused for 1.5k for ST, which some Bangkok GG stunner girls (Nana plaza) will turn down. In Phuket the best looking girl in a bar will usually (just my experience) jump at the chance to get 1.5k for ST. LT is harder since they all want to go back to the bar for round 2.

A lot depends on what time it is, after midnight LT becomes easier to find, even the Rainbow girls in Bangkok will consider LT when it gets late.

It's funny how different members can have different experience. I never paid more than 1000 ST and 1500 LT and never had problems with girls staying long time. I also have rather high expectations concerning the girl's beauty.

That's what I would think, but I've experienced the opposite. Most girls I ran into were all about the LTs or "I take vacation from bar and stay with you". I like LT's for the morning session, however, I find it an inconvenience when you'd like to go somewhere and you have to tend to sleeping beauty.

Never a problem with me as I am usually the one still sleeping late in the morning, afterall its hard work bonking all nite--ha ha

I was there for three days in the end of February. The girls I took were after the bar had closed so I didn't pay a barfine. I took them to the tellie for a 1KB. They all stayed til I woke up the next day except for one.
This one in particular I'd say was a 9 in my book. About 5' 6" with a "c" sized rack and a nice phat ass on her for a thai. She claimed to not be a BG and that she never went with customers. she mentioned having a car but I just kind of blew it off as idle chitchat. once the bar closed, we walk to her new car and she drives me back to the tellie. she gives me the spiel about how she doesn't go with customers and that she enjoyed my company since I wasn't drooling and falling all over her. I guess being half thai didn't hurt either (maybe thas what the other 1K was for). she tells me that she will go with me for the night for 2K Baht but if I dont want her, she will drive me back to pick up another girl.
i pondered taking someone else for a moment, but I sat at that dead bar for three hours dying to get my hands on her. how I maintained a semblance of control, i'll never know. I wasn't bout to let her get away for an additional thousand baht. i'm sure it was probaly all BS but I guess I wanted to live the fantasy for the night...besides she was the first bargirl I met with a new car - not to mention the cutest girl i've been with in 6 trips to LOS.
i've seen BG's in phuket with their own scooter but never a new car. who knows it was probaly financed but some other farang. hell maybe that additoinal 1K baht may have gone to someone's car payment.

Just left Phuket this morning...

Good stuff Derek.
I have no experience with Australian or Japanese girls except that in Rock City the Aussies seemed pretty keen to chat about anything they could think of and I know that if the Mrs hadn't been with me I'd have written at least a couple of them off. Today by the Bank of Ayudhya I saw a Japanese girl in trouble with the heat so I gave her my bottle of water and walked her into the shade and aircon of the exchange booth. She seemed really happy and I know if I was alone I could have easily smashed her.
I love Phuket.
