Well it actually came to 61,750 bht. including the initial bloodwork and consultation. Yes, it was full body. My report is in 3 days, I'll check in with how complete it is. My key event in evaluation is to see if they give me a complete copy of the scan, as my consulting Doc said they would. I was told the same thing for my brain work and I just got a (fairly complete) set of images as an email attachment.
Service was good, a little slow, total time about 3 1/2 hrs for a 30 minute scan. It takes 1 hr for the radioisotopes to disburse in the system. And, I have to avoid children and pregnant women for 24 hrs, I'm "hotter" than usual.

A good chunk of my women's family are doctors or involved in the medical profession in way or another.
This is what the family is told
Stay away far away and never ever go to Bumrungrad, unless you want to be treated as cattle and do not care much about your health and want to spend lots of your or your medical insurance companies money for nothing.
They advise
1 Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital
2 BNH
3 Samitivej Suckhamvit
4 Vviphavadee hospital ladprao
The number 1 and number 2 position are interchangeable from time to time. This is not just for check ups but for everything as a general rule of thumb. I have been to each of these visiting Thai family and one visit concerning my own health.
Vviphavadee hospital ladprao: Specializes in Cancer (female) I have visited one member of the Thai family there and from what the medical side of the Thai family have told me if it is the best in Thailand if not in Asia for female cancer procedures. The down stairs area is not so nice looking but if you are in the richer posh areas on the top floors it is very nice and the better doctors are situated there so you are in good hands. Free internet in every room which was a nice touch.
Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital: Lung problems and ear noise and throat.
I have been here for myself once for an ear problem and I have never been treated so well by a hospital in Asia before. Accompanying myself was my mother and two members of the Thai family. This was a minor problem but it was treated like a major one. Speed, good service, no time wasting, no messing around and all problems solved. Added to this the small customer service things there, all the people that came with me all got free coffee, water, tea, free internet with computers provided, children's toys, the story goes on. My women had a lung problem, with this visit same service for her and accompanying people, no waiting and those little extras. She had an x-ray, the results and the medicine that cured her problem where all very speedy, we had zero waiting around. From start to end no more than one hour including payment for medicine and her illness was gone in 5 days. About 2 years before the above she had the same problem and without consultation with the medical side of the family we went to Bumrungrad as it was not far. After waiting about 4 hours a conclusion of an x-ray was come to which could not be done for 3 days, some medicine was given to ease symptoms but it did not take the problem away. Once the x-ray was done the results and supposedly correct medicine to be prescribed took another 5 days. The problem continued for another 14 days and we had to go backwards and forwards to Bumrungrad at least 4 times and the medicine had to be changed 3 times.
Samitivej Suckhamvit skin: Next to the main building is a skin centre, my women has had a few skin problems in the past and all the above hospitals had no idea what was causing the problems including a few others hospitals not mentioned. We was passing by this one so we went in on the off chance of some help. A skin test was done and the medication plus correct cream for her skin for daily use was given to her all with in 30 minutes and she has never been better.

I have been told do not use the dentist there ever but they are the best for male caner concerns mainly colon and prostrate.
I have no first hand knowledge of this place only what the medical side of the Thai family have said but they have not been wrong so far.
So as the title of the thread states "Full Medical" I am thinking any of the 4 listed above will do the trick just stay away from Bumrungrad.

Just to echo Haam Sup, Minder, Jimmymac etc,
Recently hurt my knee in South Africa. Had MRI scans there and was told that I needed a simple Arthroscopy.
Elected to get it done at Bumrungrad on the way back out to work in Cambodia.
Saw the orthopaedic surgeon there and - oh no - anterior cruciate gone, need to rebuild entire knee, 3hr op, 6 days in hospital, 6 weeks with knee in a brace and no physical exercise for 6 - 9 months......
Due to the huge discrepancies in the two diagnosis I got a third opinion with a knee surgeon in UK last week.
South Africa were right, a simple 30 min operation, out the same day and walking normally and unaided the following day.
He even showed me my anterior cruciate on the MRI scans!
So Bumrungrad were again going to do uneccesary work just to rake the cash in.
I have been using them for years, but they have now lost me as a patient and I will try one of the other hospitals recommended previously in the thread in future.

A few months ago a guy I know went in for a routine check up, and ended with a barrage of tests for suspected cancer... the bill: over 100,000 B!

Wow, guys thanks for all the posts, nice to read a thread with a string of relevant and informative posts for a change 
I had jumped the gun a little and submitted an apointment request with Bumrungrad via their website, that was yesterday, no reply as yet. I also tried to send an enquiry through to Samitivej in Sukhumvit, but their email address doesn't work, its an unknown address, not a good sign, I guess I could call them 
But actually Shaga you've spiked my interest with Samitivej Srinakarin as it's more accesible to where I am, so thans to all for the comments and advice, I will make contact with Sam Srin and let you guys know how it pans out.
