Went to Sazanka on Thursday afternoon. Took option 6 (2 hours) which seems like the same one Brocher had in early December. Cost was 1,350 baht paid after the event.
My provider was 25 and from the profile on the card was fresh back to Sazanka after a break. Struck up a good rapour and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The highlight was the happy ending. She managed to make a HJ (with cream) feel like one of the best BBBJs you'll ever experience. If fact I had to check that I hadn't been upgraded to a BJ.
I really think Sazanka ought to be on the 'to do' list for every BKK trip. It is for me now.
The only downer I found was that I put my wallett in the locker. As you pay after returning to the waiting area, retrieve your locker items and then pay, your provider has already dissappeared. I decided to leave her a tip however the manager stuck his head in the hallway leading to the treatment rooms and called her back. She was very happy but the process is a little cumbersome. Might pay to have a potential tip in your pocket so you can tip before returning to the waiting area.

I agree with F46's approach to tipping:
Put 300-500 in your pocket, BEFORE depositing your wallet in the locker.
Sazanka seems very careful about your security.
I like their idea of lockers in the lobby, and you take the key with you.
When I return, and retrieve my wallet and watch from the locker, the papasan inspects inside the locker with a torch (flashlight).
Nice service.
As for selecting girls I use a different approach.
I've been to Sazanka about 8 times now.
At first I didn't know whom to select, so I simply said to papasan, "up to you".
That worked so well, that I've never selected a girl there.
I just say, "up to you".
I've always been pleased.
Another side note:
I enjoy Sazanka a lot, but I don't care for HJ service.
Yes, I've had HJ at Sazanka and elsewhere, but it's not really "my thing".
So after a few experiences, I took some time and looked over the menu carefully.
Then asked if they would do a slight change from the regular menu items.
What I wanted was the standard body scrub, along with the salt tapping.
That combination makes this old man's skin feel like a new-born baby.
Papasan was very happy to oblige.
45 minutes "on the table" and 700 baht for just that service.
In addition, I always tip 200 baht for that.
So now I go to Sazanka to get a wonderful skin cleaning, but I go elsewhere for a "grand finale".

I wonder if Fat46 is refering to the same gal I had last visit. I was in about 4-5 days ago and Miss Yuki left me feeling 'nearly' the same as described. But in my case, I didn't try to verify form of service- just enjoyed the ride....

Went to Sazanka at about 12:30pm today. Wanted to try out Mari or Yuki, but both were already taken.
Walked into Sazanka and immediately greeted with a cold towel and motioned to the couch. The man wanted to know if I had been there before. I said no, but understood the service offered (from the forum - thanks guys). He gave me the menu of 6 choices and I, of course, chose #6, the full treatment Sazanka Massage for 1380bt.
He gave me the cards of the girls available. I picked Yui, who turned out to be a great choice. I highly recommend her. She is 23, worked there since October, 12% "selection" rate, speaks a bit of english, and is as cute as can be. Tiny, tiny, tiny.
We go upstairs to a cubicle. Room enough for a bed that anyone over 5'8" will have issues with, a small table, and some room for the girl to move around in. Undress and go out to a separate shower area. Yui gives me a nice shower (the girls keep their clothes on during the entire time).
Back to the room. I go face down and she leaves for about 3 minutes (one of the bad things about Sazanka - they have to leave the room several times). I almost fall asleep. She comes back with the hot towels and asks me "Are you Asleep?". I answer "Yes, I am asleep". She responds "Wake Up, Its Morning!". As I said, cute.
Hot towels, then plastic put on top and she walks on me for a while. Then unwrapped and does an oil massage on my back and legs.
Finally turn over and she works over the old man for a while until he is happy. She is well skilled, but giggles.
Afterwards, she leaves for another 3 minutes and I almost fall asleep again. She comes back and motions for me to get up because we have to move to another room. Downstairs we go to the salt scrub room.
Plastic covered twin bed that she washes. I lay down face first and get hot water poured over me, followed by a soap down, cleaned up with more hot water, scrubbed down, then salt drizzled over me pounded into my by her hands. Rinsed and then repeated on the front as I turn over.
Finish with a head massage and shampoo. Back upstairs to dress.
Tipped her 300bt (I had it in my pocket since my wallet was in the locker downstairs - thanks for that tip). She didn't come all the way downstairs, so that's the only way to tip them unless the boss calls them down.
Got my wallet, paid, and left. Nice - will go again.

I was in Sazanka 3 month ago with my girlfriend, she never tried it before and really enjoyed it.
The only difference between goinf alone or in couple is that this time we were not given the choice of the girls and that there is no "happy ending" for the girls (i had the normal "happy ending" tought).
The girlfriend really liked the place and to be pampered for two hours by a smiling girl.
A real reliable and professional place  )

"One" of the benefits of choosin' Ms. xxx is that she doesn't leave the room at all.

When the salt scrub room is full, they massage first and scrub second. The papasan will tell me in Japanese it's occupied before I go, however I respond back that I'll wait 'til its free. Then I read all the Japanese magazines there. There's also a Japanese newspaper released in Thailand that I read too.
It's better to get the salt scrub first, then the massage w/ happy ending, then the shower third.
