Tried EZ for the first time in a long while
Last time I had a hot time with the lady but she left for Sing and I got sidetracked away.
The lady I booked today was to my liking as she walked up the stairs [I was early] and my fears that pic and lady would not be the same vanished.
I balked when they wanted the full 2000/1 hr up front arguing I don't know what service I will get. I offered to pay the 4-600 for the massage up front and they accepted.
Had a good time with the girl and will return.
Paid her directly in the room after the parting shower.
Some nice lookers on their site.
Observtion; the older girls are better at service from their experience but also can be firm if you cross a boundary of theirs. I rarely do and prefer them to the young ones.

We are all not Greek gods like you.
Some of us smell and might be abit of a slum dog.
Others might want to push things where it Aint needed?
But on balance the case looks strong against some girls being poorly trained.
Maybe in future the management will fix this?

I think it is unfair to blame Mgt for bad service.
Expecting PSE or GFE performance from every girl in a line up is unrealistic IMO.
All OMs managements can not be like Saeng of Tulip doing personal training.
Best they can do is ask the girl her boundaries and HOPE the girl is honest. If the girl is too restrictive, then not hire her. And also get feedback to assess the truth about what future customers can expect of those on staff.
EZ Mgt does this it seems to me.
Newcastle and Tezza may forget how lousy service is at most places around town. Have they been to Angel Massage ? Bunch of Prima Donnas there.
Running a business is very hard and pleasing everyone is almost impossible IMO.

Now we have gone full circle Fella. Paying the management for their room(400-600 baht) before you start and then paying the girl for her services after she has served (1500) ensures that both parties are paid for what they provide.
You pay the full amount up front then you do not get the service, tough luck.

We will never give dishonest feedback to customers when they asked about the services.
FYI, if you go to bangkok rough guide forum, you can see that in EZ Massage thread,I have advise the members who are so excited about Atom, not to try Atom because she have no services. And this is even before the incident with our fellow punter here.
I have instructed all manager/receptionist to give "honest" feedback about services when customers ask. Some girls we will never recommend about services if customers asked for recommendation however they still have their customers especially Japanese who prefer lookers to PSE.
Short of giving a discount for the next visit (if the punter still want to go) we cannot possibly refund the money especially after having done the deed (even if the customer did not cum). The customer ought to complain to the manager or reception on the spot and have it resolved. Most likely we will change a lady for you.

yes it is possible to pay just for massage first and then tip the lady afterwards. the reception who cannot speak english at EZ2 have left and she is the main person whom people accused of just pushing for all inclusive prices.

Hi EZ,
It's hard when you are a cashier or manager not to push certain girls at all. Let's say Atom was the only girl without a customer that day? isn't the role of the cashier to make sure everyone gets a little business?
And also, girls are known to "Tip" cashiers on the side for recommendations (100 thb or so), maybe does not happen all the time, but it happens.

Certainly that would be the result of allowing customers to pay "just for massage".
