hey, am i going the right time guys? i am staying for twelve days from the 1st august, i was wondering if this is a quiet time?(tourist wise?) don't want to be dodging droves of brits! trying to get away from that! don't want all the girls taken up...lol thanks

I spent 10 days in BKK 12 -24 august 2001, stayed in Marriot Health Resort. I had no problems bringing ladies back but I had a double room.
I saw some of the girls from Sweetsingles Introduction Agency in the daytime and evening, I visited the agency's office and they made the connect.
That was OK and I did a bit of sightseeing with these girls, which was good as I may not have seen some places on my own.
Late evening I went off on my own to the usual TG places and generally had a good time..
August is a GO.

Iin the hotel, no - actually a bit quiet. In the touristy areas fro TG hunting there are always people. Anyway, I thought the whole point is that there are enough TG's not tourists?!

From what I've read August is a slow month. I was in Pattaya in January supposed to be the high season. The bars were not crowded. I was in BKK this April and the same thing. I'm returning 22 July and staying till 14 August. I guess both of us will find out how crowded it is.

Going to BKK for the first time 20 -30 aug. and will stay at Nana Hotell. For the last 2 mounth, I have been reading whatever I come over, reg BKK. This board is just GREAT. A lot off tips, which will be usefull for me during my stay in BKK.
If there is somebody that will be in BKK at same time, hopely we can meet for a beer or 3 before we go hunting. Just send me a mail.
