Yes, it is Koh Chang, Elephant Island or Island of the Elephant (s) off the coast of Trat province.
I haven't heard the details of a back room or curtains, but I'm sure if there aren't too many sand dunes, customers could be provided with their own bucket and spade to construct their own suitable screens for decency.................or would that be indecency ?
