Bangkok Sister
What follows is a reasonably accurate account of my experience at the new establishment in Patpong named Bangkok Sister.
I should qualify my comments by saying that I am a long time Bangkok resident. I am no expert, but certainly a veteran. I have no vested interest in any adult oriented business in Bangkok. I have no ulterior motive. When it comes to this type of business, I am a good customer … period.
A friend told me a new “Eden-like” club had opened in Patpong. I’ve always been a fan of the formula made famous at the Eden Club, so I sky-trained it on down. I must admit, it has been a long time since I’ve been to Patpong. As expected, not much has changed. I found Bangkok Sister on the street I call Patpong 2 after some wandering around. The signs directed me to a very dodgy looking 3-man elevator that smelled like fresh urine.
After a few floors the lift opened and I weaved my way into Bangkok Sister … a rectangular medium sized beige hotel room with absolutely nothing on the walls but 10 or 12 nervous poo-ying staring at me. The word “spartan” comes to mind. Across from the ladies there’s a small leather-like loveseat and a coffee table. I assumed this was my seat, but before I could take it I was charged by a big fat lesbian with a crew cut. She accurately pegged me as an American and immediately began grabbing her crotch and blurting out phrases like “hey man, whazzzzz up?” From my blindside another smiling mamasan approached. She spoke about 3 words of English and apparently cannot understand a farang that speaks Thai. Together they wrestled me onto the loveseat.
“Yo man … wanna drink?’ she bellowed and pointed to a rolling cart with 3 or 4 bottles in the corner near a small table where I assumed they transact business. “Do you have Jack Daniels?” I inquired. “Sorry man … no Jack … we got Black and Red”. I declined the drink and turned my attention to the ladies.
I’ll have to say, they were a nice looking bunch. Young, cute and wide awake. Big Butch ran the deal down to me. It’s a similar financial arrangement to Eden Club. For 3600 THB you go with 2 ladies for 90 minutes. I asked if there were any girls that can perform lesbian. She/he/it went into a wild dance that included again crotch grabbing like Michael Jackson and making a “V” with her fingers and sticking her tongue through. The universal sign for cunnilingus I suppose. From somewhere in the back of the room a shoebox full of well worn looking sex toys was produced and shoved in my face. I assume this was to affirm the Butch’s claim that all the girls were wild for lesbian activity. More of her vulgar antics ensued then the box of toys disappeared as quickly as it had come and my attention was again turned to the young ladies. After very little deliberation I selected two.
The entire room seemed to be in complete shock that I was actually selecting some girls and intended to have sex with them. The two young ladies came over to sit with me on the loveseat. Both were very sweet and attentive. I was beginning to think this wasn’t such a bad idea after all. I offered them drinks and they took orange soda. Both mamasans … the dyke and the smiling idiot … arrived with fresh Johnny Red and sodas for themselves. That’s when I got uncomfortable. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced such a naked drink hustle. I did not expect it.
I asked about the rooms and butch said “yes … have many room … nice room … have TV soon.” Since the girls I had selected were to starting to purr, I announced that I would be the judge of how nice their rooms were, “so let’s go” I said. “Relax man … have a drink … you wanna a drink? We got Black”. For the next 15 minutes this conversation was repeated several times. I distinctly remember indicating, on three separate occasions and in no uncertain terms that I was completely happy with my selection of ladies and was ready to take the party upstairs. The ladies purred, the smiling idiot smiled and Big Butch ranted on about nothing and kept pushing the Johnny Black.
There was some scurrying about in the rear of the room and some nervous conversations in Lao. It became apparent to me that there was some problem with the room (s). When I saw the smiling idiot go for the bottle of Red to top up their drinks I arose and announced that I was leaving. Like a baby Rhino the chunky lesbian charged me, plugging the gap between me and the doorway in such a flash I paused to admire her agility and footwork. Again there was an attempt to wrestle me to the faux leather, but I had a fiendishly cunning plan.
Pulling the Butch to the side I confide that I need to go to the ATM machine and will return post haste to entertain my new found admirers. Seeing through my paper-thin ploy, she eagerly offered to escort me to the nearest ATM. Before I knew, she links arms with me and we’re going down all herky-jerky in the pissed-up elevator that I’m sure goes all the way to Hell. Once on the street the butch frantically weaves through the crowd in search of an ATM. She gets 20 meters or so ahead and seeing my chance, I use the busy market as cover and duck into Safari Club. I sit in the back, sip my double Jack on the rocks and watch the door.
Funny how a night can turn on you isn’t it? I started out the evening all full of testosterone and schoolboy excitement. The ripe prospect of a new experience. Fresh territory to conquer. I was a man on a mission. Now her I sit … cowering in fear of a fat girl with a crew cut.
When the Jack kicked in, I regained my nerve and did the only sensible thing to do. I gathered myself, went right back down Patpong 2 and made a right instead of a left. The new branch of the well known Lolita’s is open in the same area and they welcomed me with open arms and other parts. You always get what you came for at Lolita’s.
I’m not sure what the problem was with Bangkok Sister that night. The girls were the highlight of the place. What’s more, I’m pretty sure that the girls and I would have had a good time. Unfortunately there was a big cock-blocking lesbian mamasan that didn’t know what to do with a fish that had jumped in the boat. But, I’ve been in Thailand a long time … I’m used to seeing the practice of “business prevention”. Nothing surprises me in that regard.
What does surprise me is the comparison of this place to Eden Club on Sukhumvit 7/1. I wish this place was another Eden Club. (In my not-so-humble opinion we should have more Eden Clubs than Starbucks.) I never have a problem getting a drink of my choosing at Eden Club. I am never hustled for drinks at Eden Club. Most importantly, they never have a problem getting me upstairs at Eden Club. These two clubs aren’t even of the same genre. Comparing them is just silly.
An even bigger surprise is the rumor that the ownership of Eden Club is involved in this place. Trust me; this place does not bear the Eden brand. I could list all of the things that are missing that would make it even remotely “Eden-like”. But it would be easier to list the only two things that are similar; the price structure and the ladies. The ladies looked a little young and sweet to perform like Eden girls, but one never knows. For sure I’ll never know about the girls from Bangkok Sister.

While Blackbarts's report was very amusing, I thought it might be worth providing another report so members have a point of comparison. It might be especially worthwhile given that I actually succeeded in getting to the room with a couple of ladies and received some service.
Blackbart's description of the elevator has the definite ring of truth to it as does the description of the reception area. From there my experience largely differs from his. The only mamasan I encountered was a quite competent English speaking Thai lady of perhaps around 40 years who dealt with me fairly efficiently. No sign of 'Butch' - maybe she was off duty that day? The main drawback of this place was the quality of talent and of the 8 or so women on display there was only one I would have paid to spend time with. The rest frankly put me in mind of those cautionary tales featuring the phrase 'here there be dragons'. I told the mama there was only one girl that I fancied in the room upon which she told me to wait and went to fetch another young lady who was quite attractive. So I selected the 2 women I wanted and bought them and myself drinks. The younger looking of the 2 women seemed thunderstruck (not to mention nervous) that she had been selected and it soon emerged she spoke not one word of English. Fortunately, the girl who had been brought in by the mamasan was quite fluent and sensible. So we started for the room. At this point there is another area where my experience at least partly resembled Blackbart's in that I think they slightly scammed me on the drinks. Somehow the 3600 baht for the ladies simply got rounded up to 4000 baht when all any of us had ordered were soft drinks. But then drinks in all these places are expensive so maybe 3 drinks did add up to 400 baht, although I was doubtful to say the least. With 2 pretty girls on my arm I didn't stop to argue.
Upon reaching the room I was not too disappointed by standards here. In terms of quality I would say the rooms were better than the average oily massage joint, but not as nice as in a good soapy massage parlour. We all got showered, the slight disappointment here being that the girls embarked on separate showers. I soon corrected that by climbing in with the smaller non-English speaking one and generously helping her to soap herself up. She was somewhat surprised but receptive to my attentions. Post shower onto the bed where I received full service from both girls (they came equipped with 2 condoms), which was very pleasant. In the case of the non-English speaker I think this may have been her first time with white buffalo as she seemed to experience some discomfort which prompted me to terminate the full service and at that stage the English speaker agreed to give me a bare back blowjob, at which she was very good. At the same time the Thai speaker stuffed her tongue down my throat in a very unsubtle but quite stimulating way. All in all I would say that the sevice I got was pretty good and the girls were willing to try different things to get me off. Both girls were attractive and the smaller Thai speaker in particular had a very tight and firm body. The other girl also had a nice body, so I would say I was quite well satisfied with the experience. The main drawback for me is that there was no lube, which I thought was an unfortunate oversight because I often have to be finished by hand and a bit of oil does help.
I chatted with the English speaking girl a bit afterwards and said that she and her companion must be getting all the customers because they were the only pretty girls there. She told me that I had been the only customer that day and that the more attractive girls were leaving due to lack of custom. She also seemed very willing to consider the possibility of a meeting outside of Sisters in order to make a bit of extra money. This leads me to believe that Sisters may not be long for this world.
And just to add my bit to the debate on the comparison with Eden, my take would be that there is no comparison. Whoever has set up Sister's (and I dont think it is Monsieur Marc) they have taken the basic idea of Eden (2 ladies at once) without realising that there is a hell of a lot more to the Eden package than just going with 2 ladies. At Eden the girls are trained up and very adept at dealing with numerous tastes. On my only visit to Eden I was offered a lesbian show, etc. I dont think most of the girls at Sisters have any idea of dealing with this sort of kinkiness. In this sense they would never constitute real competition for Eden even if they survive, which frankly seems to be in doubt. In a way that is a shame because there is room in the market for a softer toned version of Eden where the attraction is just 2 girls working on you - although I suppose it could be argued you can get exactly that at Darling. My own experience was quite pleasant because the girls I took were attractive and gave good service. But would I go back? I think I'd be more llikely to give the English speaking girl a call and arrange for her and her friend to visit me at my hotel on the side. Overall, the Sisters/Eden debate is a storm in a teacup as I think Monsieur Marc is well aware. I had a good time, but Sisters is not a rival for Eden.
