Mandarin is located at NEP 2nd Fl. Just at the end of the escalator on your right hand side as soon as you step in the NEP complex.
How to get there? Just tell the cab NANA Soi 4. This is just opposite Nana Hotel and few meters away from Sukhumvit Rd.
IMHO MANDARIN is better cos of the amount of girls, the environment and a few good looking girls on the second floor. However, MANDARIN TGs look suspiciously young....

IMHO I think Baccara is better, for a start you haven't got to climb all those bloody stairs. It's like going on an experdition.
Ý Ý I treat the ground floor as base camp, then the top of the escalator as a place to set up camp for an hour or two, before the final slog up the last flight of stairs.

yes mandarin has some young girls still, but they are all over 18. had a longer chat with the owner lasy night and he just do not like to be hassled by the police! he is glad that he could avoid a closure for the time being. still same very nice samples of young tg's inthere.
also gave baccara another try last night but same yawn as usual! only 5 girls downstairs (2 of them katoys) and 2 upstairs. for sure a place one can avoid!

Griffin is spot on. Mandarin over Baccara any day.
Ive been there a few times and been ignored by the girls who were too busy talking amongst themselves.
Always amazes me when that happens. You would think management would do something about it. Happy customer - buys drink/s, cuddles lady buys lady drink/s, pays bar fine. much profit. Unhappy customer buys one drink and leaves . little profit
