A point of clarification here, the black dresses do not mean that they are the non-take-out girls. It depends on the day of week. For example, on Saturday the girls in black are good to go. So, do ask the mamasan. I asked one girl about the photos on the Pink Vacation page and most of the girls in black didn't go out with customers. Sometimes they get into the drink only category when they can't go out with customers, e.g. red flag days.

Dark Knight is correct. Just because a girl in the photo has a black dress does not mean she cannot go out. I think it depends on the day. It's best to always ask. The mamasan or papasan will tell you who can go out and who cannot.
