I just checked a few days ago, and it is still 2,000 B. Apparently the system is quite interesting, if you have bought the girl say, 4 drinks, you just need to pay the difference which is 1,200 B in order to get her out. Each drink is 200B, so essentially, you can just buy her 10 drinks, and you can take her out. Of course, if she doesn't like you, she could well, ask you to pay another 2,000B 
And it's always 2,000 B (10 drinks) any day of the week, unlike the other gentlemens clubs, that extort additional lady drinks on the weekends or special days.

Don't think there is a mamasan there. You can just get any available girl to attend to you. The best time to visit that place is 7 pm, when there are no customers yet, so that you can have all the girls to yourself. Don't get carried away though, as the lady drinks are not cheap! 200 B each. Your beer during happy hour is 130 B, and I think it's 160 B after 9 pm, but that won't matter as you have probably spent thousands on lady drinks by then.
