Format: International players will be seeded as according to WPA and ABPU. 1st and 2nd day will be group stage (Double eliminations) and top 2 players will quality into last 16 straight knock out stage. There will be a total of 16 groups for stage 1. The format is the same as in WPC but only 2 players will go through the knock out stage.

Races: Group stage race to 7, Last 16 race to 10, Quarter-final race to 11
Semi-final race to 11, Final race to 15.

Prize money:
Champion: 150,000 B (approx USD 5,000)
Runner-up: 50,000 B (approx USD 1,500)
Semi-finalist: 20,000 B
5th-16th: 4,000 B
Golden Break: 1,000 B each
