if youobserve thais like I do they could care less whats good for business. of course not all of them.
last night at subway sanwit shop near majestic suites I went to buy a sandwit. the guy baking bread called girl over to take my order.. she said she busy at the moment giving her e mail address to hansum white boy. Harry, the difference being that both those businesses you mention, angels and subway at majestic are owned by farangs. Angels I think is Japanese or Korean owned and Subway is yankee owned.
Sure they will have crap service from time to time because they are still Thai monkies staffing the place. But difference is if you complain here, you are not complaining to Thai owners and you can bet your little white arse that the staff members in question would either be radically retrained or canned altogether.
That is the difference.
