Madfrog,I have been a customer at Aviva on many occasions,and I have never had a bad experience with any of their ladies,including Pang,but then I have never been offered,or requested, anal.
Certainly the quality of the sevices have varied from very good to just acceptable,and I always seek a GFE.If I sense I am not going to get a GFE,I decline the offered "special".I have never had to do that at Aviva.
Both mamasans at Aviva have always been helpful,and not at all pushy.

I can vouch for Madfrog. I had a very similar experience with Pang (does that mean expensive in Thai).
In my case, I had chosen her based on her apparent anal ability. Midway through the session I went to put it in the butt, and she said something inaudible. As a Tulip/Mango/Show White regular, I wasn't really listening, but must have made an affirmative sounding oooh or aahh.
It was ok, a reasonably decent anal pumping, but nothing special compared to my regular shops.
At the end I got a surprise when she wasn't happy with my 1500. I must have been to the other shops a hundred times, with never a problem. Anyway, we went downstairs and worked it out. I ended up paying 2000. More than I expected to have to pay, and less than she expected to get. So nobody was really happy about it.
