Soi Post Office is called that because there is a Thai Post Office located on the Soi.
I haven't been to the Pump Station in years so I can't help you with the current quality.

lonelydraco, I think it's called "post office" because that is where the Pattaya post office was or still is located. The number of the street is 13/2 I believe and is located a few blocks up from the Walking Street between Soi Pattayaland 1 and Soi Yamato.
There are several BJ bars on the right side as you are walking from the beach, with Pump Station being one of them (and the one I am most familiar with). They are very different from SOL. They are open to the street, with sofas to sit and drink on. It is typical for the guys to sit and have a drink with the girl before and/or after the BJ upstairs. No blow job downstairs.
Upstairs at the Pump Station there is a dingy "bar" where you can sit and the girl crouches underneath to give you a blow job. They also have couches, which is where I prefer to sit. There is never anyone in the room, unless you have gone there to get a BJ, and when you are done you leave. Traffic is much slower than at LOS. They also have a private room with a bed. 370/400 baht charge depending on which you choose. The "tip," in my opinion, is typically 400-500 baht for BJ service. I don't know what FS is, and would probably best be discussed before hand. Perhaps 1K.
There is also an upstairs at the other BJ bar a couple doors down, if memory serves me correctly, but I haven't been there in a long time. And there may be more than these two BJ bars now from the looks of things. But I forgot to ask.
The Pump Station had one very beautiful girl there last week who would be worth taking upstairs for FS or a BJ at least. But my regular was there and I couldn't refuse a walk down memory lane. A little fatter, a little older, but her skills were as great as always. And knows what I like. 
[Edit in:] I definitely agree with EPC, do check out Soi Six/Yodsak when you are in PTY. In several of the darker bars you can have BJs in a semi-public setting if that is your thing. No sex downstairs, as far as I know. If you have a BJ downstairs on one of the sofas, you still pay the room charge (typically 300 or so). Soi Sex is all about short-times upstairs, but you can also do takeaways ST or LT, up to the girl.
The BJ skills of the girls varies greatly, but most are pretty good in my experience (unless you pick a girl fresh from the countryside). But unless you specifically tell them you want a BJ, they will want to move on to the sex pretty quickly. Make sure you spell out what you want there, because there is no standard fare, but the possibilities are always exciting.

Thanks for the tips Quim/expatchuck. I shall surely follow out your advice, provided, I can convince my girlfriend and get some time on my own. She is intent on heading to Phuket to visit the Phi Phi islands (the one shown in the movie Beach with leonardo dicaprio), and I too am interested as a matter of fact.
If things dont work out as I plan, I believe Phuket also has its own charms that need to be tasted. Just a curious thought and slightly off the topic - are there any topless/nude beaches in Phuklet?
Edit: My next visit to LOS might also be in BKK as per the latest update from the office. And this means gf cannot tag along. Having tasted the pleasures of SOL, I would certainly visit again, and also plan to go to Eden. I wonder if theres anything else wild enough for me to try - no BDSM or LBs on my menu. Could any of the more experienced members give any suggestions?

Went to Lolitas in Pattaya 2 weeks ago and have to say that it was a bit of a waste. Both me and my mate were disappointed to stay the least. Very few girls to choose from and no one above 6*. Service was poor with to fast and hard service without any rhythm or feel. Ok, girls in BKK branch not more beautiful but at least they have offered good service the times I have been there.
