Man, I can't believe everyone hasn't learned their lesson that a good steak in Thailand is hard to come by unless you go to a specialist like JWMarriott's NY Steak House or the Intercontinental's Fireplace Grill.
This is not always the case, but it's a rule of thumb I've learned.
I don't have MUCH experience with the food at Gulliver's, but I can tell you that the chicken parmasean is AWESOME. Just like Mom made at home. My friends and I actually choose Gulliver's sometimes when we're selecting a place to go eat. And this is when we're only looking to eat, not look for chicks.

Nah bullshit. The food at Gully's is good. Took my playmate there yest. What I called scallopini is the chicken parmesan. Excellent. I had the cheeseburger. To an American this is the real deal. A strip of dill pickle. onions tomato & lettuce. Served with fries & coleslaw. I put some of that Heinz mustard on mine.
Bag on Mickey Dee's all you want to, this is a real hamburger. Missy had the chicken strips. Good as well.
Food is tasty, served piping hot & zero wait time.
If you want steaks use Tony Roma or that place opposite Bus Stop or even Sizzler (in World Trade Center).
For you people that don't like Gully's food you have approx 1000 choices in lower Suk. Use 'em.

Gotta agree to the fact that GT hamburgers suck. The last one I had there made me sick.
The best hamburgers are at the coffee shop/ice cream store across the road from Landmark (O'Riellys??). The place is open real late too..

You have to be specific in G's. The thai food is excellent. A lot of Thais will eat there spnding their own money and they don't do that if it's shit. I would particularly recommend the Fried Fish with sweet mango sauce. Excellent.
The western menu though is not. The meat in particular is bland and the other stuff isnt much better. Typical pub grub to soak up the beer. Don't expect a culinary experience.
Anyway, when in Thailand eat Thai. It's one of the best reasons to be there and overseas you spend a fortune (cause its trendy) for inferior crap.

I don't have any complaints on the food in Gullivers. I have had a few burgers, and the pork dih with mustard sauce and whitefish dish. All were good I thought.
O'Brians has good food cheap. I like the fact that they have breakfast served all day, and the staff are good for some laughs.
